The QR image is generated in your browser. The only server request is a simple counter increment to update the header number.

What format can I download?

This tool downloads a .png image. PNG is great for sharing and print.

My QR looks blurry. How do I fix it?

Increase the size (try 512px) and avoid resizing the QR image after download. For print, keep the image at its original dimensions.

What does “error correction” mean?

Higher levels help scanning work even if the QR is slightly damaged or low quality, but can make codes denser. For most uses, M is a good default. Try Q or H for stickers and posters.

Why won’t it scan?

Increase contrast (dark on light), increase margin, increase size, and scan-test on another phone. Also ensure the content is valid (for example, a URL should include https://).
